1. Service Description
MojaZmiana.pl is an AI-powered work schedule management platform designed for businesses in gastronomy, retail, and workshops. The service enables managers to create, manage, and optimize employee schedules, and allows workers to submit availability suggestions and view their shifts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use MojaZmiana.pl.
3. Account Registration
You sign in using your Google account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
MojaZmiana.pl offers free and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and limits, are listed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI models that comprise MojaZmiana.pl are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data you submit (schedules, employee information, suggestions). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MojaZmiana.pl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
